This Privacy Policy explains how Prashant Kumar (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the All In Brain mobile application (the “App”), an educational learning platform for school students. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

Profile photo (optional)	Only if you choose to upload one for your profile.
Class, education board, and preferred language	To show you the correct syllabus, content, and language.
Uploaded answer sheets / images (optional)	For features that let you submit written answers or exam responses for evaluation.
Questions and messages you send to the in-app AI tutor	To generate study plans, answers, and learning guidance.
Support requests you submit	To respond to and resolve your queries.

1.2 Information generated as you learn

Lesson, video, and topic progress (e.g., completed / in-progress).
Practice, quiz, and test scores and attempts.
Study streaks, badges, and other engagement/gamification data.
AI study-plan and tutoring history associated with your account.

1.3 Technical and device information

A push-notification token (via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you reminders and updates.
Device language/locale to display the App in the right language.
Limited diagnostic and log information needed to keep the App secure and working (e.g., error/crash information).
Authentication tokens and a content cache stored locally on your device so you stay logged in and the App loads faster.

1.4 Payment information

Paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment provider Razorpay. Payment details (such as card or UPI information) are entered into and handled by Razorpay — we do not collect or store your full card/bank details on our servers. We receive only the transaction status and a payment/order reference to activate your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and secure your account and log you in.
To deliver the correct syllabus, lessons, practice, and personalised AI study plans.
To track and display your learning progress, scores, and achievements.
To process subscription payments and manage your access to premium features.
To send notifications such as study reminders and important updates.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App, and only as needed:

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging	Delivering push notifications.
Razorpay	Processing subscription payments.
SMS provider	Sending OTP messages for login.
AI processing provider	Processing your study data and tutor questions to generate study plans and answers. Content is sent only to produce your result and is not used by us to advertise to you.
Cloud hosting / our backend (allinbrain.in)	Securely storing your account and learning data and operating the service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public. If our business is transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

4. Children’s Privacy

All In Brain is intended for school students, and some users may be under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy:

We collect only the information needed to provide the educational service described above.
We do not show behavioural or personalised advertising to any user, including children.
We do not sell children’s personal information or use it for unrelated purposes.
If a user is under 13 (or the age of digital consent in their region), use of the App must be authorised and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or guardian may review, request correction of, or request deletion of their child’s personal information, and may withdraw consent, by contacting us at the email below.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without the required parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal and learning information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period (normally within 30 days), except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Access & correction: You can view and update your profile details in the App, or request a copy of your data.
Account & data deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us at the address in Section 9.
Notifications: You can turn off push notifications from your device settings at any time.
Withdraw consent: You (or a parent/guardian, for a child) may withdraw consent by contacting us; note that some features may stop working without the necessary data.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to address incidents promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
